Ardmore Residential, Inc. is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant with Lease-up Experience for Ardmore at Bryton, a NEW 288 Unit apartment community located in Huntersville, NC.

Applicants must have excellent communication and experience with prospective residents leasing via phone, email and in person!

Position will include, showing apartments, marketing, posting available apartments for rent on social media accounts and answering phones.

Conduct all business in accordance with Ardmore Residential, Inc. policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal and States laws.

• Meeting with potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units
• Following up on leads for potential renters
• Performing background checks, credit checks and other responsibilities to see if prospective renters are qualified
• Preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulations
• Handling the collection of rent payments, security deposits and application and administration fees
• Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service
• Updates required reports as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Organizes and files all applicable reports, leases, and paperwork.
• Proof reads all lease paperwork and processes move-ins and move-outs.

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in apartment leasing.
• Lease-up experience preferred!
• Must have basic computer knowledge and experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Yardi Voyager experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Yardi: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
