Full description of the position

Holding over 50% of the total market share against all competitors combined, Broadway Equipment Company is the Market leader in the Automotive Dealer Car Washing Industry. They are a privately owned US-Based manufacturer of automated car wash systems and provider of a customer retention program exclusive to OEM Auto Dealerships. As you review their websites, you’ll note that this is capital equipment, but the real sale and residual income is in selling the concept of Auto Butler, a subscription-based customer loyalty program.

[please apply online] [please apply online] The Broadway Equipment product line of automated vehicle wash systems carries the endorsements from all the major car manufacturers and holds 50% national market share position within the auto dealer market.

  • This capital equipment sale provides a one-time substantial commission

    • The Auto Butler product line is a subscription appearance care program dealers sell to their consumers that creates consumer loyalty by providing an unrivaled customer experience.
    • This product line creates an annuity commission every month for a minimum of 5 years.
    • Nationally, 85% Auto Butler Dealers continue or renew their contract every 5 years, some accounts have been with them for 40 years


    This position includes an exclusive, established territory with sales opportunities for new, legacy and conquest business as well as a database of all current and existing clientele; predetermined to produce an above average 6-figure income within a short time span.


    Compensation:

    • This is a full-time commission-based position with expected first year earnings between $100,000 – $150,000.
    • Our President's Club representatives all earn over $300,000 per year.
    • This is a position for the entrepreneurially minded in that it is a 1099 position.
    • We offer some startup assistance in the form of a salary draw during training and the first year.


    Preferred Skillset:

    • 2+ years of OEM car dealership experience (working at or selling to car dealerships) or car wash management experience is a plus
    • Capital Equipment sales; business development; cold calling
    • This position requires someone who has excellent communication skills, is self-motivated and driven to succeed.
