ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

This is an entry level position to prepare for a role as a sales professional. Responsible for completing the sales training program. Based on current experience, the training period will last 6 - 24 months. The trainee will have gained product and operational knowledge and learned the sales process by:

Developing a working knowledge of the company’s operations through various departmental rotations; and the completion of the sales trainee programs and product training offered.

Actively participating in company sponsored training sessions, scheduled sales meetings and division functions.

Traveling with assigned sales representatives or sales mentor(s) attending sales and service calls.

Practicing the sales process by making sales calls with experienced sales representatives.

Supporting assigned sales representatives or sales mentor(s) in providing service to current accounts and in the development of new accounts.

The candidate should be self-motivated, energetic, resourceful and results-oriented. Strong communication skills are required.

Skills and Experience

College Degree or equivalent work experience required

General knowledge of business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
