MD Office Manager (MDO) is a 20+ year established company with a suite of products, wherein the workflow was designed by our group of practicing physicians, and it has been making hundreds of clinics and hospitals more productive. We provide Credentialing, Transcription, Virtual Scribe, Coding, RPM (remote patient monitoring), CCM (chronic care management), RCM and EMR services to ambulatory care facilities, surgery centers, long term care facilities, acute and non-acute care facilities. The company offers ala-carte service model with the objective of improving revenue cycles, delivery efficiency, and satisfaction of providers, staff, and patients.

Job Description:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the success plan in the RPM & CCM segment as well as telehealth offerings and medical device sales for “home care” and remote monitoring. This will include managing deal cycles from lead generation through to close, and it will include reporting to and strategizing with the Head of North America Sales. You will be the primary contact and have the responsibilities of giving demos of MDofficeManager services, successfully navigating sales objections and competitive solutions, and negotiating contracts. As a Sales Manager, you will be accountable for developing a plan that will lead to hitting your goal, with the full assistance of the company to make you successful.

GENERAL FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of health care providers.

  • Perform market research and Lead generation activities.

  • Develop and deliver proposals to answer specific needs of prospects

Develop sales management (ITO Tracker) reports when requested.

  • Will be open to learning about new medical devices, remote monitoring digital technologies and be basically technically savvy as a user.

  • Assists in the care management process with knowledge of medical, chronic conditions, diagnosis, and organization to assist with member needs.

  • Acts as a primary focal point contact in assisting the members in navigation of Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring programs health care needs.

  • Attend conferences and trade shows when needed.

Sales calls will include remote electronic, phone and in person face to face as warranted.

Knowledge and experience in working with computer systems and electronic medical records.

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

A college degree in the organization's industry, administration or a related field.

REQUIRED WORK EXPEREINCE

  • At least 3 or more years of sales experience in healthcare services is preferred.

  • In some cases, a degree or education qualification may be waived off or considered equal to more relevant work experience

  • Demonstrated history of hitting sales goals and consistently being over quota.

  • Having current relationships that can be leveraged to develop leads is a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • This position is based out of either Louisville (KY) or Atlanta metro area (GA) and will be a non-exempt (W2) position with company benefits.

  • Reasonable domestic travel to healthcare facilities, conferences, and customers can be expected to carry out the role and responsibilities.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

  • $50,000/annum base salary plus commission (i.e., a variable compensation that is industry-competitive will be added on new revenue received during first year sale)

  • Out-of-pocket expenses for business travel

  • Full company benefits including healthcare, paid leave, and others
