SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary

Trinity Sterile is a leading medical supply company, we are currently recruiting for our Sales Department. We are looking for outgoing and personable individuals who have a strong persuasive technique. You can earn bonus beyond your salary with commissions that compensates your hard work. You will be working closely with the Sales and Marketing Departments while providing information and technical details to our customers. You will build relationships with new and existing customers in order to drive business and increase revenue.

Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential new accounts
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales and customers
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Work with Group Purchasing Organizations, IDN’s and Medical Distributions to maintain current sales and also grown new sales.

Qualifications/ Skills / Experience

• Experience & knowledge in handling GPO’s (Group Purchasing Organizations)
• Experience & knowledge in handling IDN’s (Integrated Delivery Network-Hospital Systems)
• Experience & knowledge in handling Medical Distributors. (Large & Small Medical Distributors)
• Experience & Knowledge in dealing with hospitals / Surgery Centers / Home Care businesses

Education

• BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration (Preferred)
• 1-3 years of industry sales experience
• GPO/IDN Sales Experience/Account Management (Required)
• Medical Sales Experience (Required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Schedule

• Monday to Friday (8AM – 5PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
