What You’ll Do:
- High-level ownership of all tasks and projects assigned to you or that you discover are needed
- Manage the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions
- Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers
- Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain all trailing paperwork: inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc.
- Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale
- Create timelines and follow-up processes to ensure all transaction deadlines are met
- Extraordinary levels of communication with clients during and after their transaction
- Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files
- Provide weekly check-ins with real estate agents to ensure timely closings
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session and Partner Call

Other Details:
- Real estate license preferred, required within 90 days of hire
- Compensation DOE, range from $50,000-$60,000
- We have a Monday through Friday, in-house work model with flexibility for an occasional work from home day and vacation planning.
