Service First Staffing is in search of an Sales Account Manager/Business Development. Compensation includes salary, commissions, bonus, etc. 1st year earnings range expected $50,000-$150,000

Ideal candidate will have either previous experience in the staffing/recruiting industry or some form on industrial sales. This is NOT inside sales; must be comfortable generating clients in a variety of ways- including: -social media, drop ins, phone work, networking, marketing programs, etc. Must believe in offering high service levels and competitive pricing- but NOT the low price leader. Will need to be able to multi-task, troubleshoot issues and follow thru on promises

We offer Direct Hire, Contract to Hire and Contract Employment. This job would involve developing new business in the Central Wisconsin area and building long lasting relationships/partnerships.

This job requires multi-tasking, attention to detail, forecasting and the ability to motivate others. Must like to deal with people, interact and trouble shoot problems.

Service First Staffing has 12 locations in Wisconsin and do 65-70 million annually. We provide recruiting services (temp to hire, project and direct hire) for various industries in the area. Our offices provide candidates to clients with industrial, clerical and executive needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
