Full description of the position

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

· Participates in Sales Blitz to prospect new clients

· Generates leads

· Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships

· Give sales presentations to prospective clients

· Negotiate contracts and terms with prospective clients

· Visits potential and existing clients to evaluate needs and services

· Meets or exceeds the sales goals

· Partners with Recruiters to ensure that all positions are filled

· Conducts on-site safety inspections

· Distributes promotional and marketing materials

· Attends weekly meetings with Regional Director and assist with the development of the business

· Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports and identifying trends

· Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

· Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

· Excellent presence and demeanor

· Posses drive and passion to excel in sales

· Bilingual is preferred (English and Spanish), but not required

· Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint), ATS systems or Tempworks preferred.

· Can handle multiple tasks and meets deadlines and quotes

· Possess excellent problem-solving skills

· Required to have an excellent driving record.

· Required to spend the majority of the time driving in your assigned territory

· Possess a strong sense of urgency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
