Sales Representative - HVAC in South Hadley, MA
American Installations specializes in Ductless Heat Pumps, Home Energy Assessments, Insulation and windows. We are looking for result-driven Sales people to join our Ductless Heat Pump sales team. You will be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. We are seeking outgoing, career minded individuals to join us in our growth.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Assess customers’ needs and present our products by using our professional presentation & pricing software
- Learn our way of selling our products through working directly with our Sales Manager
- Seek customer referrals and develop leads
- Follow through and follow up with customers after presentation; build productive relationships with customers
- Keep all customer information and communications updated using our CRM Program
Requirements:
- Sales experience (Outside Sales) - 2-3 years
- Must be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
- Computer knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn other database applications
- Detail oriented and reliable
- Solid interpersonal skills; a friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Reliable transportation is necessary
- Valid Driver's License required
- Must be flexible with hours; ability to work some Saturdays
- Compensation: Base Salary (rate based on past experience); plus commissions
- Health, Dental, Vision and vacation and sick days available
