Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for our company and play an essential role in establishing trust and relationships with future customers via warm leads from our website, social media, phone or other third party sources
- Connect with our customers empathetically and follow system prompts for vital conversation points
- Ensure all customer inquiries are promptly handled (via either phone, text or email) to schedule and follow up on dealership appointments
- Keep client contact and appointment information updated in our CRM tool
- Continuously learn new ways to improve your communication techniques and knowledge about our products and services
- Keep a pulse on customer questions and ensure they have all needed information prior to their appointments.
- Strive to consistently exceed our minimum expectations and look for business development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- You have at least a High School Diploma (some college preferred!) with at least a year of customer service or sales experience
- You must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work Saturdays
- You’re constantly providing a “WOW” customer experience by going the extra mile
- You are team-oriented, empathetic and are able to relate to the situation of others
- You’re accountable – and build trust through responsible actions and honest relationships
- You’re an exceptional communicator with a genuine demeanor ready to make a positive impact
- You set aggressive goals that are achievable, then focus on exceeding them.
