Now Hiring - Region Manager of Sales in Germantown, TN

The primary responsibility of this position is to lead a Sales Team that is focused on delivering strong performance on key business objectives. Our Region Sales Manager will need to develop team members and improve business efficiencies are some examples.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

• Continuous development of team members
• Lead Sales Team in daily activities to drive performance
• Take ownership of key divisions and execute plan to ensure operational performance
• Collaborate with mill personnel, customers and other stakeholders to optimize mill processes, improve quality and reduce production cost
• Maintain and build the company’s technical abilities using reporting tools and benchmark performance in key performance areas
• Provide support to key customers in different regional markets; assisting our customers with technical questions, concerns, and continuous improvement
• Travel to client sites to assist with issues, evaluate opportunities and drive business development
• Clearly and accurately document and report on all results as required
• Special projects and other duties as assigned

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• A degree in Business, Forestry or Equivalent Industry Experience
• A minimum of 4 years experience in forest products industry
• Possess excellent leadership, mentoring and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills (database management, statistical process control)
• Proven ability to take on and manage multiple process related projects with a demonstrated entrepreneurial mind set
• Oracle EBS or JDE experience
• Travel is a required part of the position
