Summary

This position is within our Mortgage Warehouse Lending Group. The RM is responsible for all aspects of business development, including prospecting, selling, closing, and managing existing customer relationships. RM’s build and maintain a portfolio mix of targeted high value and high potential mortgage originators and work closely with a Relationship Team that consists of a Portfolio Manager and an Analyst. This position is focused on maximizing economic profit from credit and deposit services.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Builds and maintains a portfolio mix of targeted high value and high potential clients across all 50 states.
• Travel to visit current and prospective customers.
• Build relationship with customer across all levels of management from operations to CEO & CFO.
• Investigate customer and prospect needs and negotiate pricing and structure of warehouse lines of credit.
• Work with a portfolio manager and bank credit to close and renew deals.

In addition:

• Accurate typing, spelling, and grammar skills required.
• Proficient with applicable computer software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Assertive and confident in sales. Detail oriented.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Lending and/or sales experience necessary.

Qualifications Include

• 4-6 years financial selling and accounting experience preferred;
• Extensive travel is required;
• Bachelor’s degree required for consideration and Masters preferred;
• Candidate expected to be based at the warehouse lending headquarters in Germantown, TN
