We are searching for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in software, manufacturing, or technical sales in fast-paced environments. BDRs are responsible for converting inbound leads and cold prospects into customers and expanding existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

    • Create WINS by converting new leads and prospects into customers by utilizing inbound leads, existing accounts, and cold prospecting
    • Perform due diligence, establish rapport, and build relationships with customers
    • Set up demos and uphold a high-level of customer service
    • Work with teams to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
    • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
    • Communicate and leverage key constituents to secure and retain business.
    • Understand customer goals and objectives to provide continuous support and create wins
    • Performs all work in compliance with Xometry's quality and safety systems, policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of software, manufacturing, or technical sales experience
    • CRM experience such as Salesforce preferred
    • Excellent communication & presentation skills
    • Must be a US citizen or green card holder, and legal permanent resident of the United States
