We are searching for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in software, manufacturing, or technical sales in fast-paced environments. BDRs are responsible for converting inbound leads and cold prospects into customers and expanding existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

Create WINS by converting new leads and prospects into customers by utilizing inbound leads, existing accounts, and cold prospecting
Perform due diligence, establish rapport, and build relationships with customers
Set up demos and uphold a high-level of customer service
Work with teams to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Communicate and leverage key constituents to secure and retain business.
Understand customer goals and objectives to provide continuous support and create wins
Performs all work in compliance with Xometry's quality and safety systems, policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of software, manufacturing, or technical sales experience
CRM experience such as Salesforce preferred
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Must be a US citizen or green card holder, and legal permanent resident of the United States
