DBS has an immediate need to increase our Sales Department Team in the Harrisburg and surrounding areas. If you are a confident and highly motivated individual looking for a great sales opportunity with uncapped earning and growth potential, come join our Sales team at DBS! We are seeking energetic and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Reps to market our POS systems, credit card processing, mobile marketing solutions, and loyalty rewards programs to businesses in your assigned territory. Applicants must submit to a background check. Sales experience preferred but not required for this position.
Customer Facing Primary Duties:
- Identify Leads
- Contact Prospects
- Make Sales
Position Responsibilities:
- Must have reliable transportation/clean driving record
- Self-motivated, self-managing, and driven to plan and execute rigorous lead generation activities
- Strong desire to finish and win
- Strong work ethic and “can do” attitude
- Conduct lead generations via tele-sales, direct mailers, and cold calling
- Introduce products & services provided by DBS
- Maintain & document all leads and cold calls
- Follow up on all leads, provide pricing, and prepare quotes as needed
- Engage customers to build effective long-term business relationships
- Engage legacy accounts and introduce them to new products & services offered by DBS
- Distribute marketing materials to prospects as needed
- Efficiently manage prospect pipeline to produce the maximum amount of results
- Create marketing campaigns around targeted verticals
- Ability to proactively manage schedule and pipeline in order to meet milestones, goals, and quotas
