Duties & Responsibilities:

The COUNTER PARTS / SALES duties include, but are not limited to:

• Parts sales/Equipment Sales
• Customer Service
• Answers phone calls.
• Helps with parts and whole good inventory
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Stocking inventory in proper locations.
• Handling cash and credit card transactions
• Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
• Follow up shortages and issues by reporting to manager.
• Selling lawn mowers, tractors and implements
• Financing equipment with financial institutions
• Greet customers as they enter the store
• Opening and closing store as part of daily process

Education and Qualifications:

• Positive attitude with a solid work ethic in high energy, goal driven environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
