Established Real Estate Company is seeking experienced Executive/Administrative assistant that's an energetic, out-going Self-starter to assist Broker and Agents.
In-office daily; Strong administrative experience required. Our company is looking to hire an executive/administrative assistant to be responsible for the general operation of our office. Carries out administrative duties such as greeting guest, answering phone, maintains files, typing, copying, scanning, manages listings, creating marketing material etc. Prepares information and does research as requested, Composes correspondence, records correspondence in both hard and digital copies.
Requirements: Positive attitude, strong computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel and Outlook. Type min 60-80 wpm, be proficient in Paragon (CARMLS) & Excel, Form Simplicity & commercial listing sites. Outstanding organizational skills & superior communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent reading and comprehension skills. Proficient ability to detect errors and * Must be a team player. To be a successful hire, you will need to have prior experience in Real Estate office administration. Pay will be based on experience.* Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday. Education: Associate Degree. Past or current AR real estate license is a plus.
