OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Tidewater)

If you didn't W-2 at least $70,000 in 2022 don't bother to apply, this isn't the right organization for you! Our top echelon agents are consistently making over $100,000 per year, and that is our goal for you.

Our world-class residential property management company is growing rapidly and seeks a proven Outside Sales Representative. We operate at an above-average pace, take extreme ownership of our work and are goal oriented as we match qualified applicants to homes to generate income for our clients and expand our business in the region. As a leasing agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with our applicants to facilitate quick sales in the form of leases.

Our leasing agents:

• Work off a base salary + commission structure
• The target income for year 1 is $90,000 on your W-2, and at least $100,000 or more in total compensation when you factor in benefits, fuel allowance, etc.
• Respond quickly to leads to match qualified applicants to the right home for them
• Attends weekly Sales Team Meeting for updates and training

Qualifications

• Real Estate license strongly preferred (willingness and ability to obtain within 60 days of hire date may be acceptable)
• Must be self-motivated and possess exceptional time management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Spanish speaking is a plus
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Applicants must successfully complete a drug screen and a background investigation
