Sales Supervisor is a key member of the Kohl’s team, responsible for:

• Supervising associates to help support a sales driving culture, while focusing on creating a consistent customer experience
• Engaging and connecting with customers to solve their shopping needs, making everyone feel respected, appreciated and rewarded
• Informing customers of current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events
• Delivering a consistent sales floor experience by supporting the sales floor, fitting rooms, point of sale, and operational processes
• Completing transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers
• Helping customers save with a Kohl’s Card, opening and activating Kohl’s Card applications
• Onboarding, training and developing associates
