The successful candidate will have experience in sales, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and a keen eye for detail. Earn while you learn or bring your book of business. Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities, get referrals, monitor sales pipeline, and meet sales expectations
• Create personal relationships with loan applicants - offer additional information and answer questions about home mortgage products
• Gather financial information to assist with loan applications, prepare loan files, and assess applicants’ financial situation and eligibility

Qualifications:

• Superb relationship, sales, communication, and MS Office skills are needed
• Experience in real estate, lending institutions, credit unions, financial services, or related fields is desired, but not required
• Familiarity with home mortgage program guidelines and various types of loans such as FHA, commercial loans, VA, etc is beneficial, but not required
• Some college (Bachelor’s) is preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required
• This is not a REMOTE position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
