The Brevard Humane Society (BHS) is seeking a full-time opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Appointment Setter at our low-cost spay/neuter and wellness clinic located in Cocoa, Tuesday through Saturday. The Clinic Receptionist provides excellent customer service for our clients and their pets and must maintain the quality and efficiency of the clinic office. Use a computerized record-keeping system including appointment scheduling, and medical input, and use of a multi-line phone system. Must have strong compassion for animals; be self-motivated, capable of multitasking, an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, work in a team environment and possess a positive attitude and be able to deal with stressful and tense situations in a professional manner. Only experienced candidates should apply. Pay is dependent upon experience.
