Position Summary: The Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager will oversee, hire, train and manage both the Inside Sales personnel and Customer Service personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Manage inside sales team and account support specialists.

● Develop strategies and implement plans to grow sales.

● Meet monthly sales and achieve year over year annual sales growth.

● Continuously prospect and follow up with new customers.

● Generate weekly sales reports using Salesforce.

● Operate within expense budget guidelines and policies.

● Expense Report completion bi-weekly.

● Stays abreast of market trends and changes in the compounding industry.

● Attend trade shows/events as required.

● Resolve customer escalations.

● Coach and motivate sales and customer service teams.

● Oversee customer and License Specialist role.

● Provide reporting to VP of Sales and CEO.

● Set objectives, coach and monitor performance of sales representatives.

● Recruit, test, hire sales and customer service representatives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.

Qualifications:

● BS/MS degree in business administration/related field or equivalent experience required.

● At least 5 years of management experience required. Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred

● Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

● Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

● Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
