Sales Learning and Development Program Manager designs, develops, manages, and conducts all training for our sales and business development organizations. They manage all sales and business development learning and development programs end to end, throughout the ADDIE process. Trainings can be conducted virtually or in-person. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and proficient sales acumen to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. They should have proficiency in learning and development program management. They are highly organized, proficient in time management, and influential to sales professionals.

This role 100% fully onsite at our HQ, located in Franklin, TN.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program management of sales and business development learning solutions in a variety of modalities

• Lead the ADDIE process for sales and business development learning solutions • Conduct needs and learner analysis

• Design engaging and effective learning solutions

• Work with Instructional Designer to develop sales and business development learning solutions

• Manage the delivery of sales and business development learning solutions

• Facilitate sales and business development learning solutions in person or virtually

• Use surveys and data to evaluate efficacy of learning solutions and identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with leaders and other departments to identify learning and development needs and objectives

• Lead the continuous improvement process of learning solutions

• Travel required when necessary - Must be able to pay for travel expenses with a personal credit card prior to travel, with reimbursement to follow

• There are no supervisor requirements for this position

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:

• High School Diploma

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred

• 3+ years in Training and Development • 5+ years of direct sales or business development experience

Interpersonal:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal

• Must be able to work with a wide variety of individuals with different backgrounds

• Ability to speak in front of a crowd with confidence and conviction

• Ability to influence without positional authority

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
