Position Mission Statement:

Your position will be instrumental in helping Alliance Management achieve the highest level of maintenance service to our tenants and owners. Top of pay range may involve management duties.

Principal Goals:

• Improve and maintain the interior and exterior appearance of our properties

• Provide maintenance service in a prompt, time effective, and thorough manner

Common Tasks:

• Perform maintenance from work orders for our portfolio
• Conduct showings of units to prospects
• Organize and communicate key codes to residents / vendors
• Post notices
• Check units for abandonment if keys are not turned in upon move out
• Conduct move out walkthroughs and document damges via mobile work order system
• Schedule and oversee other vendors as necessary to perform maintenance work
• Perform maintenance make ready’s after tenants move out
• Take digital pictures after tenants move out
• Review pictures with the Maintenance Foreperson to determine work necessary for correction of problem areas
• Alert cleaning when make ready is complete
• Grounds maintenance activities
• Common area cleaning
• Request bids from vendors, when necessary
• Perform on call maintenance

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
