We're looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Retail Sales Manager with previous experience in customer service and retail. The ideal candidate for this position is a 'people person' who can make customers feel welcome, has strong organizational skills and makes the process of shopping enjoyable. The successful candidate will use their passion for electronics to help customers find merchandise that suits their needs and will be responsible for managing customer service issues, assisting customers with returns or exchanges and handling customer concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers.
• Help employees find items.
• Answer customer questions, trouble shoot issues, and work to solve problems.
• Cash out customers with accuracy and handle all types of money transactions.
• Know the prices and promotions of all items in the store.
• Have a basic understanding of relevant insurance products/services.
• Keeping store clean and organized with up to date promotional material and products.
• Be on time and a reliable employee who takes their work and personal appearance and attitude seriously.
• Understand and work to accomplish sales goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
