Technical Service Parts Sales and Support
  • Electrical knowledge, mechanical knowledge and fluid power knowledge are all required to be considered for this position
  • Three or more years of managing projects and supporting customers is required to be considered for this position
  • Pay is up to $55,000
  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:
  • Providing telephone support to maximize the satisfaction of customers
  • Aiding customers ordering parts and authorizing returns
  • Working with a variety of internal departments to create quotes for parts
  • Putting orders and returns through the system
The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:
  • Electrical, mechanical and fluid power knowledge
  • A mechanical mindset
  • Three or more years of supporting customers
  • Three or more years of managing projects
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A solid work history
  • A US citizen or possess a green card
  • A residence within 45 minutes
