Job Description:

We are looking for full time beginner real estate agents join one of the fastest growing real estate brokerages in NYC. If you are brand new to NYC real estate or started at another brokerage and did not get proper training to be successful, this is for YOU!

We have a training program designed specifically for you to learn how to be successful in NYC real estate as fast as possible.

If you have not started your NYS real estate license course, we can guide you through the process and help get your ready for the NYS test.

If you already started or you are already finished, we are hiring agents now.

Some Responsibilities Include:

• Provide guidance and assist renters in finding a new home. (helping sellers and buyers comes later. our program teaches rentals first, but if you happen to get a sale client, we will help you every step of the way)
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, , legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Display and market listings across multiple platforms
• Researching and previewing of new listings when they hit the market weekly
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, etc)
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Develop networks and cooperate with landlords, building managers, supers etc.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Prior experience selling is a plus

Requirements:

• Interest in becoming a Real Estate Agent / Real Estate Salesperson
• Enjoy working with people, negotiating, helping, etc.
• Ability to work independently after given direction/instructions
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• Google Workspace familiarity
• Online, computer, mobile app experience
• Real estate agent’s or broker’s licenses not required to talk with us, we help guide you through the NYS process
• Office time required for the training program
• Work remote options after training is completed
• In NYS licensed real estate sales people are 1099 independent contractors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,598.00 - $172,306.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New York, NY 10018: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License (Preferred)
