Due to our rapid growth, we are looking to hire and TRAIN someone that is DRIVEN and HUNGRY to learn. We are looking for experienced Disaster Restoration folks with an established book of business to earn up to a $10,000 signing bonus for experienced PMs with a transferable book of business.

WE ARE a high end general contracting business that performs Restoration work (fires, flood emergencies, etc.) for celebrities and high net worth individuals. If you enjoy the satisfaction of helping people at times of emergencies and being well compensated for your efforts, then this is the position for you. We take a bad situation that has been dropped onto people’s lives and restore their property back into its best condition.

If you are tired of being in a seasonal or cyclical industry where your pay varies on the months and how well the economy is doing, then considering joining the restoration industry. Unfortunate events befall individual’s properties regardless of rain or shine. The restoration industry is ever expanding due to growth of population and real estate.

YOU ARE:

• Someone who is driven and willing to learn the industry of disaster restoration construction, mitigation and estimating damages with Xactimate software.
• Starving for knowledge and open-minded to joining a culture that is full of energy, loud, and passionate about helping others.

• Sales minded with ambition to earn six figures a year.
• Someone with reliable transportation to travel to home owner’s property.
• Task oriented and organized to handle multiple clients.
• Innovative problem solver, empathetic, well spoken and clean cut.
• Someone who never stops growing and learning.

This is a demanding position that will demand a lot of time and effort, but is well compensated if you are willing to learn. Employees who join our team stay for years.
