Full description of the position

Responsibilities:

• Maintain backlog of prospects by calling and e-mailing.
• Develop new and maintain existing relationships with realtors.
• Networking
• Promote, market, sell and close newly constructed homes, homes under construction, and custom homes.
• Always maintain a clean and presentable model home(s).
• Learn the floor plans, standard options vs upgraded, community standards and homesites available and be able to communicate it with potential clients.
• Learn home loan and new home construction loan processes and be able to explain the difference between them to potential clients.
• Drive to Mustang, Moore, Norman or Goldsby to show homes.
• Be flexible with the location of your model home base, you may go to both Mustang & Moore.

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable, safe driving record.
• Strong communication skills with potential clients, customers, and team members.
• Can professionally expresses issues in positive or negative situations.
• Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
• Experience with MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Punctual and reliable
• Available to work 10-6 Monday-Saturday and 1-6 on Sunday
• Clean and maintain model home(s)
• Must be willing to work in Mustang or Moore

1099 Contract Work – 3-month review with the option of full-time employment with benefits.

Base Pay $35,000

+Bonus Structor $15,000

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• On call
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• Moore, OK 73160: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Associate (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 3 years (Required)
• Customer service: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
