Full description of the position

We are a boutique law firm that represents individual and corporate clients in residential real estate transactions, commercial transactions, commercial leases, etc. Our New York office is located in downtown Flushing.

We are looking for a full time real estate paralegal to fill an immediate position.

Candidates must be Bilingual in Chinese and English.

The responsibilities include:

  • communicate with clients to gather information and documentation;
  • investigate and document pertinent information; monitor client's needs; and maintain excellent client and realtor contact.
  • assist attorney in sending proposed contract negotiations; advising seller's attorney in title review and clearance; scheduling of closings; represent purchase and sellers on residential and commercial transaction;
  • deed transfers and heavy acris work;

Job Type: Full-time
