Tri-MED Healthcare is excited to announce a job opportunity within our organization. We specialize in the use of integrative medicine to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, and fatigue. We are currently looking to hire a mature, self- motivated and tech-savvy individual for this community outreach and marketing career opportunity.
The successful applicant will plan and implement all aspects of business development, community and clinical outreach, and referral development and maintenance for our two-location practice. The applicant must possess the ability to plan, direct and implement all facets of referral development and account management, including developing a robust marketing plan and having the ability to prioritize duties to successfully reach their defined goals.
Public Relations - This position involves patient education and supporting provider relations. The role involves developing new practice relationships whilst supporting existing ones between the community and our practice.
Duties:
· Autonomously facilitates and maintains consistent activity and result levels for the established Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) given; including client/referent referrals and appointments scheduled.
· Responsible to meet and/or exceed the number of professionally referred patients to the practice measured by increased revenue & New Consultation/ specialty treatments booked through independent work and in collaboration with the outreach and clinic staff.
· Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity
· Identifies market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
· Makes customer-focused decisions, both independently and with the support and direction of management
· Facilitate ongoing business development to meet or exceed company goals and objectives.
· Provide superior customer service when greeting, handling phone calls, and responding to necessary requests by clients, staff members, and all other individuals needing assistance.
· Promote a positive image in the community and be the face of the practice.
Marketing - This position includes administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies, focused on social media, print and mailing communications. As a marketing lead you will be responsible for creating and posting social media content. You will work with consultants, graphic designers, writers, and SEO specialists to execute our marketing strategy.
Duties:
- Blueprint territory, build a marketing plan & strategy with action steps, and identify a success plan in working with key referral sources to drive leads and sales revenue.
- Call on and interact with Primary care practices, Therapists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Case Managers, Assisted Living and Memory Care, and other Healthcare Professionals
- Conceptualize, design, and create content to be published daily in the form of written content, blogs, email campaigns.
- Assist in the distribution of marketing materials.
- Obtain patient success stories and publish once approved.
- Utilize innovative tactics that grow the audiences and reach of both of all our social media accounts.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
- Perform market analysis and research on competition.
- Assist with maintaining and updating company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Organize marketing events and public education outreach events.
Position Requirements:
- Experience in health care, home health and pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, medical device sales, real estate, and marketing experience is a plus.
- We are looking for skilled "closers" who can overcome objections and challenges from patients and articulate to the patient why our practice and procedures are a fit for them.
- An energetic self-motivated professional with the ability to build strong relationships quickly.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Quick, efficient, and detailed follow up with regular customer contact and interaction.
- Strong territory management skills, developing successful business plans and strategies, executing sales and marketing plans.
- A proven leader with the commitment and perseverance to achieve above average success.
- Experience with cash payment options, non-insurance elective procedures.
- Experience using 3rd party financing options such as CareCredit
- Computer proficiency is mandatory: use of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and ability to understand and learn use of data management programs and applications.
- Possesses experience with marketing computer software and online applications such as: SEO, Online analytics, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and Google Adwords.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
