Briarcliff Management is seeking a seasonal full time Leasing Consultant for a market rate community in South Portland and Cape Elizabeth, ME. The properties consists of 150 market rate apartments. Our locations are just minutes to the Downtown Portland area and is surrounded by a well-established neighborhood, just minutes from the highway.

Job Requirements:

-Answer all incoming calls, emails, and give tours to all walk-in traffic.

-Generating new traffic through the use of Craigslist, social media, outreach, networking events, and the use of locators/brokers.

-Responsible for weekly traffic reports, monthly comp study reports, and other office needs.

-Complete lease files, background checks, processing applications, move-in day orientation, and other needs around the office with resident files.

-Help with organizing and executing resident and prospect events.

-Help ensuring that the model and tour area are clean and ready for tours.

Skills & Experience:

-High school diploma (preferably college diploma)

-1-3 years of real estate or property management experience(preferred)

-Experience working with Yardi(helpful)

-Team oriented

-Attention to detail
