RAC Development Inc is seeking a passionate, experienced, customer oriented Hospitality Management Associate to coordinate the operations of hotels, commercial properties and residential properties in various locations throughout California.

Job Duties:

- Coordinate the general administration and maintenance of property

- Oversee all marketing, leasing, operations and fiscal activities

- Organize leases and all supporting documentation, analyze past income and expenditure patterns, handle tenant relations and complaints, negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and professionals involved with projects and building

- Monitor all tenant improvement projects and subcontractors, while adhering to safety rules and regulation

- Show available residential properties, commercial office, and retail spaces available for lease and log prospective tenants

- Generate all reports for property on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis

- Analyze past income and expenditure patterns and make recommendations

- Control operating and capital expenses ensuring compliance with budgetary restrictions and annual projections

- Prepare and post all legal documents, i.e.: 3 day letters, eviction or abandonment’s, and notices of non-responsibility

- Ensure compliance with all union, city and state requirements and fees

- Must have reliable transportation

- Local travel required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
