We are looking for a dynamic individual to manage a small portfolio of properties in Littleton. Great, renovated apartments and townhomes! Experience and enthusiasm are a must.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years industry experience and 1 years management experience.

Our ideal candidate will have a highly positive personality, exceptional communication skills, ability to motivate and lead a team, ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and have the confidence to analyze problems and present solutions to both internal and external clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
