Emerald Housing Management is seeking a full-time property manager with experience in LIHTC program at our supportive housing property in the Knoxville area. Responsibilities include the following:

Leasing & Market Vacant Units
Collecting Rent
Maintaining Compliance of Affordable Housing Regulations
Preparing & Processing Rental Applications
Overseeing On-Site Maintenance or Other Personnel

The Property Manager must have experience in affordable housing property management along with computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and property management software skills. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/life insurance, and a retirement plan. Pay is based on experience level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
