PVC Tech is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to provide support to the General Manager with sales related functions and is committed and open to growing and adapting to learning new tasks throughout all departments of the organization. The successful candidate must have strong people skills with a quick-thinking and go-getter personality in a fast-paced office setting.

What are the key role responsibilities?

• Support the General Manager with daily administrative duties including; data entry, pay invoices, order office supplies, run daily sales reports, and manage all office paperwork.
• Strong People Skills- Must have the ability to expertly communicate with all levels of the organization, customers and vendors.
• Proactive and hungry to learn new tasks in various departments.
• Team Player and also ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Must efficiently process product orders and maintain customer relationships.

What would make you a good fit at North American Plastics?

• Undergraduate Degree or higher, Preferably in Business Administration and/or related field or experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize daily responsibilities, manage time effectively, and detail- oriented.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
