Full description of the position

This position will serve as a sales resource and training position in the Domestic Sales department. This position will be responsible for providing assistance to the National Sales Manager Sales by helping with customer retention, updating CRM information, completing routine sales calls, customer relationship management and other duties as assigned by the Sales team and Manager


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

  • Prospect and qualify new customers for QC devices and P.O.C. products
  • Complete focused product calling campaigns as assigned.
  • Provide assistance with customer retention.
  • Prepare sales reports to include sales comparisons, new business, problems, competitive and marketing information, or other information as directed.
  • Update database information including accurate customer account records, instrument information, and other items as needed.
  • Assist Sales team with routine phone calls on assigned products.
  • Ensure on-going communication with the Sales, Customer Service, Technical Services, Marketing, and all other appropriate personnel to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business or science required. A strong science background is a plus.
  • Must be dependable, well organized, be able to communicate effectively and efficiently, orally and in writing, and possess excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
