Job Summary:

The Physician & Community Liaison (Physical Therapy Sales Rep ) is responsible for selling/marketing the services of Pivot Physical Therapy clinics in the specified region. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Physician & Community Liaison (Physical Therapy Sales Rep) calls on physicians and surgeons to build referral relationships and uses creative ways to develop new business. He/she works with clinic directors to ensure excellent customer service and to build a strong following.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arranges appointments with doctors, referral coordinators, practice administrators, hospital medical teams, etc. which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling;
• Educates doctors, practice staff and nurses, etc. about who we are and what we do. These “in-services” may take place in medical settings during the day or may be conducted in the evenings or on weekends.
• Builds and maintains positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administration staff.
• Keeps detailed/organized records of all contacts and reaching (and exceeding) your clinic goals.
• Develops strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
• Brings leads to management that may help the company grow and always knowing your competition.
• Keeps management informed of results by submitting activity reports, daily, and as needed.

Required Education, Skills and Abilities:

• Medical sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
• One to two years of continuous career progression
