As a Technical Account Manager with AWC, you will be individually working with our sales team by working with customers to understand their applications and discuss how technology can be implemented for improvement. The successful candidate must be innovative, passionate, and resourceful while demonstrating technical skills.

The Job:
- Drive demand and implement technical solutions with key accounts
- Work with our inside sales team, application engineers, and service team to promote and sell industry-leading technology solutions and service offerings
- Teach concepts from the basics of pressure measurement to complex process control loops
- Grow revenue through technical sales strategies for the following products/technologies: Pressure/Temperature/Level/Flow Instrumentation, Quarter-turn Valves, Control Valves, and Pressure Management
- Troubleshoot existing process applications to get customers back up and running
- Work with technology partners to learn and implement technologies
- Demonstrate technologies to customers
- Document best practices and share with colleagues
- Motivated self-starter with the unique ability to create and manage a complex schedule
About YOU
In a Technical Account Manager role with AWC you will work directly with our technology partners and understand their products. You will learn how our teams help users define requirements, leverage agile design and development methods to create greater value faster, and how we live out our commitment to out-care, out-know, and out-serve our competition.
The successful candidate will be curious, resourceful, ambitious learners motivated to accomplish results as individuals and contribute as members of a team.
You will bring with you:
- 2 or 4-Year Technical Degree (Engineering preferred)
- 5 Years of hands-on technical experience
- Leadership experience as a team lead, a mentor, or a supervisor
- Ability to see the big picture and manage the details of execution
