Strategic Sales Executive | Position Summary:
This consultative sales role is responsible for driving increased sales for eCapital within both, 1) expanding and cross-selling our portfolio within a select number of our most valued customers, and 2) by earning the business of net new eCapital customers.

Strategic Sales Executive | Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Evidence of strong academic performance
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales
- Proven top performer (consistently overachieves quota)
- Experience selling directly into complex enterprise processes
- Have adopted a sales process that guides your thinking and day-to-day activities
- Leadership experience (business, sports, clubs, community etc.)
- Ability to learn complex systems and processes
- A flexible schedule that can accommodate the requirements of a salesperson, willing to travel, and commit the time necessary when applicable (quarter end, team meetings, etc).
- A basic understanding of the Performance Management and Data Analytics products, solutions, & markets.
Strategic Sales Executive | Essential To Success:

- Keeps informed of new products, upgrades and the industry at large.
- Represents eCapital Advisors & our portfolio of offerings at events and shows, promoting products and services to potential and existing customers.

- Track record of developing & strengthening relationships with decision-makers and influencers within clients & prospects.
- Capable of providing consultative approach to clients to surface unstated needs
- Continue to increase knowledge of the client's business (and industry) to serve as a trusted advisor.
- Ensure overall client satisfaction, strategic alignment, and driving business outcomes.
- Responsible for accurate and timely sales forecasting.
- Ability to understand new products and technology with the ability to articulate their value-add.
- Proactive territory management, prospecting and trailblazing.
- A student of sales, marketing and business analytics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles.
- Polished professionalism with above average organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
