To better serve our guests, Corwin Toyota's Service Department is seeking an energetic, up beat individual to join our growing and fast-paced Service Department. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.

Hourly plus commission....

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls regarding service appointments.
• Make outbound calls to existing Service Customers to remind them of their vehicle recalls or upcoming service needs.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Rotating Saturdays

Qualifications:

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong phone skills
• Strong computer skills
• Impeccable attendance is important
