Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, and offer support for warehouse when needed.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to:
1. Providing support to our sales team
2. Assisting in both daily office and warehouse needs
3. Managing our company's general administrative activities
4. Attend trade shows when needed (this requires traveling to other states for a period of time)
Qualification and Skill Requirements:
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent
Skill Requirements:
- proficient in word, excel, QB (preferably)
- attention to detail
- able to work well both independently and as a team
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00+ /hour depending on level of experience****
