Patient Scheduler/Medical Sales

The selected candidate supports the Company by representing and promoting the Company's services and physicians in order to increase awareness, educate, and secure referrals. Key KPIs include lead generation and resulting patient consultations and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous health care call-management experience
• Previous experience in a call center or managing customer/patient calls and scheduling
• Strong communication stills; both verbal and written
• Solid computer skills
• Experience using a CRM
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Role and Responsibilities

• Manages inbound and outbound calling of new patient leads in a timely manner.
• Follows "scripting" and FAQ guides to walk patients through the consultation scheduling process; Make recommendations to scripting and FAQ guides based on patient experience.
• Uses email templates to provide patient follow-up and schedule live discussions when necessary.
• Works with offices to secure proper paperwork and schedule appointments.
• Identify patient needs, research and provide solutions.
• Follow up on digitally posted questions and consultation interests.
• Document and track daily leads, contacts and consultations.
• Identify patient and scheduling pain points and offer solutions.
• Organize patient status in a way that prioritizes daily follow ups and maintains patient call commitments.
• Meets personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Type: Full Time and includes Base plus uncapped commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• patient advocate/medical sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
• Medical terminology: 2 years (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 2 years (Preferred)
