Exterior Pros is looking to hire energetic, enthusiastic, and goal focused individuals to join our marketing team. Team members will canvass door to door to generate quality leads for our sales team with a fast track opportunity for advancement with great performance! Part time and full time hours available- includes paid, in-house training.

$750 Sign on Bonus after 90 days of employment with good performance!

Responsibilities:

• Memorize and recite sales scripts and statements prepared and provided by the employer
• Door to Door relationship building with potential customers to promote products
• Get information, such as contact details from potential leads and clients for follow-up
• Confidently answer questions and rebut excuses to meet objectives

Requirements:

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and outstanding follow thru and execution.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including varied shifts that may include early evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to walk long distances
• Hold a valid drivers license.
• People and Team oriented
• Previous door to door canvassing experience preferred
