EBIN NEW YORK, Inc. is seeking energetic and motivated candidates for International Sales Managers with demonstrated superior prospecting skills and success in sales. The International Sales Team will be responsible for driving profitable growth and developing sales presence in the international markets of Latin America, Caribbean, Middle East, Europe, Asia and Africa. The ideal candidates will develop and perform the strategic sales plans and business development activities necessary to meet company goals.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop emerging countries - research potential countries based on clearly defined criteria to identify viable options, conduct preliminary affirmation of "brand fit" for new countries, present recommendations and strategic plan to senior leadership;
- Develop and drive International Sales Strategies – evaluate and prioritize existing countries, develop, establish and execute sales initiatives, identify, establish and develop key distributors, brokers, and retail relationships;
- Research, strategize and identify trends, opportunities and business insights. Plan and execute campaigns and events. Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events;
- Create online and offline marketing content, empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales, manage project plans and deadlines to achieve all marketing objectives on time and within established budgets.
- Lead sales calls, presentations, provide ongoing sales and data analysis and reporting.
- Reside in the state of New Jersey or New York and be able to travel.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience; proven track record for developing US brand(s) internationally
- BS/BA in Marketing, Advertising or a related field of study
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In depth knowledge of the beauty industry and products
- Motivated self-starter, process-oriented with high attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills - able to analyze complex data and identify key opportunities to build the brands
- Successful and results proven previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding target goals
- Team player with the ability to navigate an organization, influence partners, build consensus and work across various functional departments
- Experience communicating with senior leadership a C-level management is a plus
- Must be willing to travel and have a valid passport
- Must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Google Suite and others
