ECS Technology Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a perfect role for a new graduate looking to start their career in Sales and Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts of the company, with a focus on developing and implementing strategies to generate leads, drive revenue, and build the company's brand. There is performance based commissions on top of base pay.

As a Sales and Marketing Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and targeting potential customers and clients
• Developing and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitive intelligence
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients
• Providing support for the planning and execution of trade shows and events
• Influencing the company's website and social media presence

To be successful in this role, you should be willing to go all in leaning and working in IT sales and marketing. You need a strong understanding of marketing and sales principles and strategies. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work well in a team environment.
