What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is 100% remote. You will be responsible for driving market share and qualifying leads that build pipeline for the sales organization. You will also be responsible for running regional campaigns focused on cold calling, and developing and qualifying leads to the point of handoff to the sales force. You will report directly to the Sales Development Manager and regularly collaborate with Sales Development and Strategic Sales Executive Team.

The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Generating qualified leads through:
p. Creating and managing relationships with local trade associations/franchises
- Prospecting into multiple organizations via cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing Internet information sources
- Articulating FLEETCORs value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest
- Achieving or exceeding goal for Net New Appointments on a monthly basis
- Qualifying all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions
- Providing baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting call
- Learning and demonstrating a fundamental understanding of FLEETCORs offering and clearly articulating capabilities and advantages to prospective customers
- Contributing to every component of the critical functions associated with fulfilling the sales cycle (forecasting, reporting, customer database maintenance and data entry, correspondence, and communications)
- Documenting all weekly activity and prospect interaction in SFDC
- Proactively continuing company product and competitive product and market knowledge via website, on-line webinars, and marketing information
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years business experience
- Ability to understand and successfully promote FLEETCORs offerings and solutions
- Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling
