The Role:
The company’s Sales Trainee Program is a multi-phase training program designed to prepare candidates to become successful Account Managers within the company. Taking you into the heart of what the business does, you’ll embark on a 2-year rotational program that will set you up for success!
As a Sales Trainee, you will rotate across and be exposed to various roles in each facet of the company. Gaining experience in Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Account Management, Purchasing and many more, the program will teach you every skill you need for a high-impact, consultative sales career!
Classes are held throughout the country and are facilitated by the business and its partners. This training program will equip you with the confidence to manage your customer accounts for the company!
As a Sales Trainee, you will:
- Learn thoroughly about the business as you rotate across various business functions
- Obtain a developed understanding of the operations, sales and managerial functions within all business departments
- Confidently liaise with internal departments and external partners to best meet customer needs
- Retain managerial oversight of your day to day operations, acquiring more responsibility for managing teams and resource as you progress
- Once you have obtained the necessary skills, manage your customer accounts for the company!
Requirements:
- A full, 4 year Bachelor’s degree
- Current, valid driver’s license, with an acceptable driving record
- Highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ideally, you’ll have some previous sales or customer service experience
