A successful candidate will provide effective and responsive services to support Astronautics in day-to-day business operations and activities related to customer account management.

How You Will Do It:

• Operate as the support contact for your assigned customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to assist with timely and effective solutions.
• Handle inbound phone calls/e-mails from customers and help identify new sales opportunities through existing customers.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of responses according to customer needs and objectives.
• Administer commercial/government repair or spare terms and conditions with customers both internationally and domestically.
• Perform accurate record keeping, entry management, and monitor information from various databases including our internal ERP system (IFS).
• Provide support to other Astronautics departments, such as repairs, programs, finance, and engineering.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from an accredited university, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
• Effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities
• Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills
