RUTI, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven individual with a relentless commitment to top-notch customer service, to be our Store Associate/Stylist at our Los Angeles County stores.

Qualifications:

• Must have strong relevant experience in the retail industry
• Must have experience in clienteling and strong sales skills
• Ability to interact with customers and clients in a sales-minded but still upbeat, composed, and honest manner
• Exceptionally strong work ethic
• Executive mindset, but with a hands-on approach
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fashion
• Experienced and motivated in meeting business targets
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Loves to dress up and is crazy about life
