Responsibilities:
The Customer Care / Inside Sales Representative handles general inquiries from customers and potential customers regarding our services. This position is the cornerstone of our customer service and support therefore high quality communication skills are required.
  • Generate and close sales leads resulting from inquiry calls, e-mails, chats, etc.
  • Answer inbound calls from existing customers regarding their service, billing, scheduling, etc.
  • Schedule pest control service by determining area of service, technician availability, etc.
  • Note customer accounts in service system with actions that were taken
  • Message technicians by phone or email with changes to their schedules
  • Transfer calls to other departments as necessary

Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work onsite in our Louisville, KY Call Center
  • Must be at least 18 years old, no experience in pest control necessary
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience in home services industry is preferred
  • Preferred candidate will have at least 2 years’ call center experience
  • Preferred candidate will have at least 1 year of inside sales experience
  • Must have advanced keyboarding skills and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing with minimal error rate

Must be able to pass criminal history background check and drug screen.

Working Environment:
Candidate must be available to work onsite in our Louisville, Kentucky Corporate Office.
